GMB Architecture + Engineering’s David Bell Earns GHG-IQ

Local Firm Brings Clarity to the Greenhouse Gas World

The Green House Gas Inventory Quantifier (GHG-IQ) certification is for professionals who develop, quantify and report green house gas (GHG) emissions and removals to help enhance the credibility, consistency and environmental integrity of GHG quantification and reporting or “carbon footprinting.” “With recent market pressures and the likelihood of either regulated or legislated greenhouse gas emission constraints, it’s important for us to provide clarity for our clients. David’s recent certification allows us to definitively establish our clients’ carbon footprints and mitigate their associated liability,” remarked GMB president Harm Perdok.

GMB Architecture + Engineering is a full-service firm located in Holland, Michigan affiliated with Viability Energy, also of Holland. This partnership provides GMB clients with full carbon management services, including the creation of carbon credits, a freely traded commodity in which Viability specializes. Viability currently has four individuals with GHG-IQ certification pending.
