Plaza East Receives LEED® Gold Certification
Eighth Street Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the receipt of LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) CS Gold Certification for Plaza East office building, located at 99 E. 8th Street in downtown Holland. Eighth Street Partners, LLC partnered on this project with Lakewood Construction and GMB Architecture + Engineering. The LEED Green Building Rating System™ is the national benchmark for the design, construction, and operations of high-performance green buildings. LEED; for Core and Shell Development (LEED CS) is a set of performance standards for certifying the sustainable design and construction of speculative and core and shell buildings.
