High-Profile Fitness for High School

Increased visibility, prominence, and access to athletic facilities.

This renovation project takes the district’s athletic facilities to the next level with the addition of useful and connected spaces. The project’s design includes a new fitness center, locker rooms, and a lobby addition, which together establish a new “front door” for existing athletic facilities. Ample glass promotes high visibility to visitors and provides views of branded graphics from the site. The building’s lobby adds necessary pre and post function space to support large gymnasium events. The 6,000+ SF fitness center is prominent and accessible for students and features twenty weight training racks, a cardio equipment mezzanine, and an open fitness space. Additional amenities include a student-operated Spirit Store, a new concessions area, and an additional locker room space that has immediate access to outdoor athletic fields.
