Project Details
With full intentions to create a flagship location, this business college anchored its 30 satellite campuses with a new campus hosting the Richard DeVos and Jay VanAndel Academic Building and the Pat and Peter C. Cook Residence Hall on a LEED� certified campus in southeast Grand Rapids The academic building provides 109,000 SF of classroom space, a 17,000 information commons, and a 5,000 SF fitness center. A second Residence Hall is scheduled to be on line in the fall of 2006. GMB’s continues to be an integral part of the deign with services including: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing design, site planning and civil engineering.
