Metro Village
Project Details
The new 170-acre Health Village will create a community of health care and related service providers who share a common location and goal of helping individuals lead healthier lives. The Village will be a blend of integrated health services and office/retail spaces with adjacent parkland, walking paths and wetlands. This new campus provides a singular opportunity to create an environmentally responsible campus with the anticipation of being the first fully certified campus in the nation. The architectural vernacular is based on a traditional urban streetscape with multi-faceted building facades with variations of one and two story buildings. With full build-out of over 25 buildings the first will be ready to open in the fall of 2006 and two additional buildings ready for the summer of 2007.
