Plaza Center Office Building
Project Details
The Plaza Center, Holland’s newest office building, is the beginning of the eastward expansion of one of the best main street experiences in this country. Designed as a white box retail / office building, the building was filled with tenants within two years. The exterior design includes intricate yet traditional brick and stone detailing to reflect the context of Holland’s architecture along the 8th street corridor. This building is the home of GMB Architects-Engineers corporate office, Haworth’s downtown furniture showroom, and West Michigan Community Bank all designed by GMB.
