On Thursday, June 30, Resthaven broke ground on a 18,500 SF extension of their Maple Woods facility in Holland.

The new stand-alone facility will feature 24 Assisted Living units, with bistro area, exercise room, family dining room, laundry room and three outdoor patios. Target construction completion date is mid-2017.

This is the second time that GMB has teamed with Resthaven on a major assisted living expansion. This project is being led by Andy McLeod, AIA, LEED AP, Sr. Healthcare Architect, and Alan Majeski, AIA, NCARB, Project Architect.
