Raymond James Branch Office

GMB, together with Raymond James personnel, designed a space to unify the functional needs of their office with an aesthetic that would highlight unique space within the Plaza East building. The layout of the office was designed to give staff both private and shared spaces allowing for collaboration and ideas to be shared. These shared spaces double as client meeting rooms which also gives the client a better understanding on how the company strives to work as a team. The design aesthetic was based around shapes and character that are inherent in Plaza East’s building shell. By incorporating these elements inside the building, a variety of spaces in size and shape are used for an assortment of office functions. Natural materials, warm colors and natural lighting are used to provide a calm atmosphere for staff and clients alike.
