With full intentions to create a flagship location, this business college anchored its 30 satellite campuses with a new campus hosting the Richard DeVos and Jay VanAndel Academic Building and the Pat and Peter C. Cook Residence Hall on a LEED® certified campus in southeast Grand Rapids. The academic building provides 109,000 SF of classroom space, a 17,000 SF information commons, and a 5,000 SF fitness center. GMB continues to be an integral part of the design with services including: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing design, site planning and civil engineering.
