With over 1,200,000 square feet on a 100-acre site, this is one of Leprino’s largest facilities, and one of the largest cheese-making plants in the world. This plant alone processes two-thirds of Colorado’s milk supply. Completed in three phases, the most recent expansion included expanded dry warehouse spaces, additional truck receiving bays, and new processing spaces, including new evaporator and dryer towers.
