The renovation into a LEED Gold Certified boutique hotel breathes new life into a historic downtown building.

CityFlats inhabits what was once the legendary Fox Jewelers Building. The five-story hotel, designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification, features 28 conceptually unique guest rooms. All guest rooms feature architectural light wells or large downtown facing windows that fill each space with light. Over 30% of the materials used to construct the Hotel were acquired from local sources. Sustainable features include cork flooring, high efficiency heating and cooling units with occupancy sensors, low-flow faucets and toilets, energy efficient light fixtures and counter tops made from Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certified recycled glass and concrete.
