Modernized spaces accommodate maturing students and changes in learning styles.

GMB redesigned several key areas of this 1960’s building, which was in need of a major overhaul. Priorities included establishing a new safe and secure entry, modernizing the original food service facilities, and integrating 21st century learning spaces throughout the building. An undersized and antiquated cafeteria, originally buried in the middle of the school, was converted into flexible, large group instructional space with access to a courtyard. The cafeteria contains ample daylight, features varied seating options, and can be converted to a large group instructional space during off hours. The main corridor connects a new addition to the existing building and offers students small group breakout spaces that can be used for both study and social interaction.
